So say if they were to issue 220 million shares to the thai government at say $2 a share giving them 50% chartree for 440 million.Then use the balance after start up cost as a special dividend to existing shareholders.I could live with that!
Then we get ongoing dividends for 50% chartree for next 20+ years making 200 million a year.
