WEEKLY CHART FOR PRL

MACRO has been extremely volatile, but PRL has held very strong , even tho the overall SP performance has been a snooze fest...

That said, yellow arrow pointing to a hammer stick, thats a candle that could be a signal for a reversal up, characterized by a wick at the bottom and a chuncky upper body, with some extra volume to add to the mix.....

I get the sense that the Scoping study is around the corner.

I want to see that RSI 14 indicator get above 50+............50 - 95, thats the money maker if the the SS is positive.

Then again, happy to find the next SIR too........

Dow down 230pts over night.........

FA will always trump MACRO / TA.............always, regardless.
