I made inquiries regarding this deposit for comparison purposes during research.
The two main takeaways were.. will never be a mine.. same people rinsing and repeating heavily discounted funding deals that are becoming harder to put together.
after seeing the expenditure list from this CR I would suggest they are right on the money as wellAlso. It is my understanding 2ic is very much a well-credentialed mineral sands Geo posting with real-world experience, if the grades and numbers don't add up for a mine development they don't add up, only 1/200 explorers ever become a mine which is a great tool to use when making investment decisions in companies that have been drilling and chasing the same deposit for years and years without gaining any real market interest, 2ic.s input here regarding this deposit shouldn't be ignored IMO.
