Whole new can of worms this development! Take over possibly, but given Sonamines is a government entity and given we have no mining convention as yet wouldn't it be possible they could just take it? None of this is. in my area of expertise but the thought did cross my mind.
The article states they are only looking at developing Ngaoudal and Makan but it's not much of a stretch to see how they would want a piece of Minum Martap also
As always too many questions without answers and more patience is required! At least something is happening though
