Break out happening, page-309

The minimal shorts on AZY are insignificant to say the least. The issue that I see (& and I know some on here don't like this fact) is that we have too many shares on the register. A good chunk are owned by the funds and investment houses. They can dump or accumulate at their whim (for whatever motive they have) and there's nothing retailers do can stifle their actions. Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating for a share consolidation, just pointing out that having that many shares on the register can make it difficult for some companies to break out. I've seen it so many times before in 30 years of investing and more often than not it creates significant angst for retail investors. DYOR
