Head over to the rtr thread and there's a lot of speculation that these results could seriously re-rate the market cap of RTR and ZNC alongside it. An interesting comparison to rtr/znc/Earaheedy is the CHN value explosion that's been referred to a number of times. If something like that were to occur, I would speculate they may wait until the dust settles before they IPO the base metals part... but I may well be wrong. I'm not sure rtr would be in a hurry to buy out znc as they're more likely looking to raise further funds to put into developing the project.

The buy out costs of ZNC's 25% to RTR using RTR shares would remain static, its the initial agreed amount that is important. The benefit to ZNC shareholders is that they would have an unencumbered direct share holding in RTR, thus there would be no confusing of all the other ventures in the ZNC share price, eg FFX is it a lithium company or is it a gold miner?
