What's better?
A 10 name INTL diversified corporate bond port. yielding say ~4-5% Income (likely also possible to lever a tad, say 15% in or out the port) OR one property (concentrated) yielding gross 3.5%?
Likely taking some capital out of the RE and buying a basket of 3-5 Y Corporate bonds.
(assuming you had to get the income stream to live off or to complement your pension).
