The results issued last week would suggest the risks raised in the Mercer report have been handled appropriately with a new Chairmain and returning founder Chris Mackay and gun portfolio manager Nikki Thomas. To have those three in the wings and ready to get on board would not happen overnight so it looks to me to have been well planned and executed when required.
