One of the biggest risks I see in companies approaching or in development of mines is the inflationary pressures facing projects. Interestingly IXR as it operates in Uganda is well positioned with the latest inflation at 2.7%. Compare that to a country like Zimbabwe where inflation is 60%. There are 13 countries in Africa with inflation above 10% including Botswana. Ugand looks pretty good from this perspective. GLTAH
