I totally agree, having been witness to the ADF’s continual growth of there in house Cyber capability (raising multiple new ECN/trades). I believe the idea of “future warfare” and the “future soldier” shows a capability shift to wanting to be able to prevent both non government and government actors in the Cyber space. I believe this may translate to the rest of civilian industry and business following suit once there is a greater loss of resource both monetarily and information.

Hopefully the ADF ties to US government agencies will prompt an adoption of similar programs/OS to make inter agency activities more streamline.
