Its not like this is unexpected DP world has been shopping there assets around for a few months, and for the western financial money markets it won't be felt as most of Dubai's debts are Islamic bonds from across the Middle East, am sure though someone group will try and tell us its a CIA plot to make the middle east sufffer.
