Every metric they have is positive - always has been.
I would say this advance notice would say that they will be striking a deal with Sezzle and then moving to a listing in the US.
Sezzle had been planning this and so to have Z1P so i would say this is the natural path for them to provide liquidity and returns for shareholders.
