I think the most relevant part of the statement was in resktion to cost cutting as previously they were hell bent on expansion.
It seems to me after LD fruitless trip to USA and begging letter posts on Linked in for a IR guy with institutional connections they have come up empty for further capital raises.
As I've said previously without further capital they will be gone by Xmas.
