    I wanted to buy LFS today based on their results and dividend yield - especially considering the growth they will achieve from the synergies from the HUM acquisition.

    So did i buy LFS shares? No, I bought more HUM shares - So i will get more LFS shares to the allocation i wanted post transaction + I get shares in the commercial biz of HUM which is trading on a stupid valuation (assuming deal goes through)
