They didn't. They always were in Sevastopol and they were leasing the naval base from Ukraine after the disintegration of the former USSR. The irony is that Sevastopol was founded and built by Russian tzars
History apart, I am also failing to see that the war in that part of the world has to do with AGL. There was some military action non-stop since 2014, no one gave a ....
