I'm at a loss as to why they would release vague headline numbers a couple of days before an official earnings release.
This smacks of total desperation, trying to prop up the share price so no one will look at the earnings release in detail as it's already priced in.
Nothing surprises me with this company though.
It will be worthwhile examining the financials in great detail not just the usual fluffy headline numbers as I think they are desperately trying to prop up the share price as I simply don't see anyone supporting a CR at around $1- $1.50 with the $500 million of convertible notes there is simply no gaurantee any investor would see a return.
It looks very much like Zip is on Death Row just waiting for the last rites.
