In the interest of keeping it real. Castlelake, Orion and Nomad will own 10% of DVP after the acquisition is over. I for one would prefer that these mob do not get involved in any companies I partly own. I can live with this at this point because between them there should be no risk of any of these greedy suckers appointing anyone on the board. But well worth keeping an eye on...
Also the sooner they are out of the registry the better. They will need to sell at some point to cover their losses in HRR. When that is I do not know. But I can live with this predicament too because Woodlawn is well worth it.
As a LT investor in DVP these are the scenarios we need to run through now. So that we don't get blindsided when it happens. Even better we can make it an opportunity to make money when it does...
