I'm struggling to find the Dubai thing very scary. Total debt is $80 billion which is chicken feed compared to numbers we got used to seeing last couple of years. Repercussions around the world? Perhaps, but I think they will serve to spread the burden rather than concentrate it. Then again its not a bad excuse for a much needed correction if they can ham it up a bit more. Maybe rumours of a European bank in trouble or something would help?
