Because FMG don't receive the 58% price. They receive a price based on a discount off the 62% price.
So it's nothing to do with pumping or down ramping, and all to do with relevance.
the discount is often unknown until quarterly reports, so the 58% price has relevance too, but that is more as a guide than anything.
