Im pondering whether there will be an out flow of property money from Dubai (likely) ... and whether there will be an inflow of property money correspondingly elsewhere. Like here...
Market will no doubt short term punish GPT for its 1-2bn pipeline and wonder about its relevance - I think that the local market is entirely different to Dubai.
I think du-bai GPT if it drops to the lower 50s. In the 40s for certain.
Alternatively, some of GPTs suitors may decide to take advantage of the lowered sentiment due to the international shenanigans.
