The post before that of the article was a question to see if anyone had seen it or had further info. You provided an answer somewhat clarifying the matter to which I said thank you and did you know if it was resolved, which I dont think you answered? So I assume it is not resolved or you do not know.
You are framing my posts as misleading yet I have given the link to the MRC page showing Peter Torre as Company Secretary. How is giving you the actual evidences which you asked fro by the way, considered as misleading.
You are generalising Cheras you should rebut specifically against the matter at hand.
Nothing is a game changer until money is in the bank from successful sales of a successfully and efficiently produced commodity. Until then it is words on a page from a company that cant even state publicly on a website who is teh company secretary despite the matter being several months old. If it was a game changer then teh share price would go up. I doubt very very very much that anything said on the forum effect MRC share price and there are literally less than a dozen people posting.
This is a chat forum. anyone who is taking anything on Hotcopper as investment advice is a clown.
So again, I retort, you further referred to Handcock as CEO, so assuming that you have close communications perhaps it is not so far to imagine that the legal counsel is after the top job on the never ending quest for corporate position jumping.
