LF just declared divi of 8c (value = $82m) which means their ex-div price is c.$1.90. Humm's divi of 1.7c is worth $8.4m.
Then LF gets to issue shares at $2 to Humm s/h for the consumer finance biz. Pretty obvious who is getting the better deal.
But for those complaining that Humm board is not doing their job => this company has been in play for months and the LF deal is the best (perhaps only) deal available. It says alot about the company's predicament. Analysts covering the stock have no idea.
