I would take volatility over an 18c SP.
The reason I want a share buy back is because SP was so undervalued, I'm not talking about when SP is at fair value.
If the share buy back is when shares are at $1 as opposed to 18c, you're paying 5x what you could have got them for when it was lower, for exactly the same thing. That would have just been money in share holders' pockets.
