Manuka was after $5 million via a placement of shares at 30¢ each, which was a 12 per cent discount to the last close.
Proceeds would be used to continue exploration programs at its projects in NSW’s Cobar basin, and to strength its balance sheet as the group transitions from gold to silver production.
Shares sold would have an unlisted attached, on a one-for-one basis and exercisable at 50¢ in the coming 12 months.
