Further to this post I have gone back and looked at the initial grant, June Cashflow, September Cashflow and the December Cashflow announcements.
It appears the government paid $1,622,806 to AVL in the September 2021 quarter which leaves $2,067,194 receivable. There appears to be no further mentions of cash being received from the government since. Perhaps there are milestones to be met and AVL has not met them yet.
