The lapsed applications were provisional patent applications, which only last for 12 months. The idea is you file as early as possible to protect your invention; then you have 12 months to decide whether you want to proceed further. While provisional, patent details are not made public, so, no, I have no further insight as to the content.
After the provisional phase, the decision was made to file Novel Cellular Delivery Methods as a WO patent application on 18 December 2020.
For Treatment of VEGFA related Disease, a new AU provisional patent application was filed in October 2021.
