go see a doctor. They may make you do an ECG test.
I had chest pains at a time when I was doing some particularly strenuous swimming training.
Went to emergency section of hospital. Chest pain is one of the things hospitals will treat very seriously. Turned out to be nothing (swimming coach had said it would be chest bones expanding from excercise-he was probably correct though didn't want to accept his advice).
Hospital said should always treat chest pain as potentially serious. Two people I knew who had heart attacks (and later died) reported pain in their chest coupled with tingling sensation/numbness in their left arm.
