well i thought id call the company for what its worth and got onto the company secretary...bruce.

first i asked about the arbitration issue, and indeed there is finally one arbitrator as cb said. however initially there is a panel of candidates...3 candidates are put up by ctp and another 3 by pxa. both companies then try to agree on one person from the 6 to be the arbitrator of the matter. if they cannot agree, then a third party chooses an arbitrator....not sure who.

i asked for a timeframe and bruce thought about 2 months for a decision to be made and reiterated that drilling was nonetheless going ahead in the meantime.

i then asked about the large sell on tuesday by the single seller...the coy does not know until the register is updated...and bruce said he would look into it and get back to me.
