I was quoting anhydrous ammonia which is around $1100 but I rounded down to $1000.
However I have also seen what you quoted for green ammonia expected to sell for $2200 per tonne.
I was using $1000 to keep it more conservative especially after the large price rises but it makes sense that green ammonia will sell at a large premium because demand for it will grow exponentially as a fuel source for generating electricity in countries like Japan that are aiming to replace coal fired generation to reduce carbon emissions.
It might take prices more like $2,000 per tonne to encourage construction of green ammonia plants in countries not fortunate enough to have electricity prices down around 1c/kwh as is the case in Angola.
If green ammonia does fetch say US$2,000 per tonne then revenue from a 200MW (182,500t of ammonia) project would be around $A500mill per year. $250 or $500mill annual revenue. Both are big numbers for a small company.
