The facts are the company did not name the peers in comparison...Spid81 confirmed this although he did not report it to the ASX...No one knows how he found out...

I have seen plenty of peer comparison tables, I just assumed WKT was pulled up by not disclosing who these other peers were,

If you read the ASX advice I provided to you yesterday, it appears WKT has breached more than just naming the peers, they failed to include the links to the company JORC and also failed to detail the correct justification of their MC's. i.e stage of development. This is the same reason I was having a go at Bushmaster for misleading HC posters by not comparing like for like.

Just my personal assessment, WKT will need to change it peer comparison to either reflect other graphite mining companies, VRC and GW1. or if they want to compare themselves to the companies that are involved with downstream processing, MRC, SYR, RNU, Next Source, EGR, ect, they will need to provide more details to comply with the ASX rules.

since you were unwilling to read the ASX advice, it appears the ASX believed WKT was misleading investors with its peer comparison table.
That is why WKT needed to retract the slides.
