I know what volatility is but you need to take it all in. We are following Europe at this moment, European banks have lent heavily in Dubai. US markets are closed for a day and a half. They have minimal exposure in Dubai yes Wall Street will be down almost 250pts tonight. But for mine this is merely a stage for a shake out, I am not convinced Dubai is big enough to stage a global market reversal. Since I am not convinced these dips should be bought.
