westcott, I've just read your post to theseawolf on VNS thread. Of course you're 100% right in what you say. The directors have clearly hoodwinked share holders and ASIC "MUST" take appropriate action. IMO all shareholders at the time of their last announcement, stating little value in other tenements and Railway not viable, should be justifiably compensated above and beyond the $1.30 BHP are offering.
I do concur with theseawolf though in that UMC posts should be restricted to UMC thread. Don't worry, you can be sure he's reading them and despite his claims of "his last post"
