I’m not sure about that. There’s certainly a lot of scrutiny around hydrogen companies and their releases understandably. PH2 were recently questioned by the asx about related party transactions - scrutiny is a good thing for shareholders.

My guess is every step of the way PRL are acting on sound advice and a plan devised by PWC. The reality is if the SS statement in effect is approved by the ASX and ASIC it makes it pretty powerful. Agree with @Venge though that drip feeding news would be a preference. Being awarded preferred agency status was a huge achievement, but it seemed lost on the market because the timing was right before Christmas.

I’d suggest considering dipping your toe in at these prices.
