Price action is interesting. The HY was really no news. Maybe the dump was from people not reading the quarterly. There is a fair bit of buying and selling on this stock. Many small caps and even larger pretty much don't trade. I am surprised it is worth their while for professional traders, as we are still talking low $ numbers, but it does look like quite a few bought back a few cents lower for some quick profit. Again, fairly small. I am trying to make up my mind here. A SP in the 1.5-2 does not surprise me at all given performance and questionable marketing. I like the B2B space and combining software, payments and lending is an interesting idea. Maybe too difficult to execute. The dodgy tricks is what is keeping me on pause. They have been better advertised here than I expected. And they will likely come up in discussing the DW and any other strategic relationship. But there is still a chance this establishes itself as an interesting proposition. If I was looking at it as a private investment, would a valuation of $50mio be enticing? I think so.
