My guess is every step of the way PRL are acting on sound advice and a plan devised by PWC. The reality is if the SS statement in effect is approved by the ASX and ASIC it makes it pretty powerful. Agree with @Venge though that drip feeding news would be a preference. Being awarded preferred agency status was a huge achievement, but it seemed lost on the market because the timing was right before Christmas.

I’d suggest considering dipping your toe in at these prices.

Could be right but the other issue is this pending result has taken so long, there's a massive queue of frustrated holders looking for the first good news opportunity to cash out - currently almost 15M shares to chew through before it starts to nibble at prices from 12 months ago
