I think so. I've sent them an email on this point yesterday.
They should just spend 6-12 months structuring the company for Breakeven, then when the SP doubles they can consider acqusitions. They only work when you are sitting at 3-4x rev plus and acquiring businesses for 2x or under. We are sitting at like 1.5x at best.
Growth is great, but it means nothing if your shareholders need to sit uncomfortable not knowing when the next tap on the shoulder will be.
