That is only relevant when the fundamentals haven't changed, and they have changed, the revenue was misrepresented and the 100's of sales appear to be not accurate...My read of the Mid year is that a cap raise is definitely on the horizon as while 18m sounds like a lot with 40 people and an totally overpaid management team they will burn through that in less than a quarter.


Starting with cash at 13.03M
40 staff & an 8 million dollar payroll or 666,666 a month, I estimate cash holdings to be at 11m currently and will hit 5 m by July which I imagine they will do another cap raise. That is IF expenditures stay the same...but I would expect them to increase.
