Doesn't look to me like CUE is going to plummet.
Price might soften. If you remember back in the teens, there are buyers, they are just patient (apart from the short rush of Artemites with their rush of blood to the brain).
It wont surprise me if buyers step back a line of two if we get a lot of sellers (stale Artemites if so I suspect), but really with spot WTI poo back at 75, but with AUD back a couple of cents to mitigate...I don't think it means much.
Imho this whole Dubai thing is a beat up, Dubai is hardly a colossus, a bit of reckless property development in the desert that had worthless crass hubris written all over it long ago. So a few banks might loss a couple of billion apiece - they can take it out of staff bonuses imho, and without the staff half noticing either - squealing pigs.
That's all the noise is, squealing pigs, and it's not even as if someone is coming at them with a knife for the goolies - yet.
Still always hopeful we might see some real bargains, but without a general bloodbath.
