Thanks, just listened the part about Calix.
Ken said that the midstream lithium salt targets different subset of the market, as the higher purity makes it possible to bypass the converters, at least in their current form.
But the converters still could take the product, which makes the first half of their facility unnecessary. In this case the lithium salt is considered a classic product as spod only with higher purity.
So, my understanding is that they are still targeting the anode and battery manufacturers. If succeed, it will make the converters obsolete.
