has a 2c share ever gone to $1

I was just day dreaming and wondering if anyone has ever bought 1 million shares in a penny stock and seen it go to $1?

I saw BTR went from 5c to 90c post financial crisis. I wonder if it's possible for any other shares to do the same? Or too late?
