Appstablishment Pty Ltd, Appstablishment Software Group Pty Ltd & Anthem Software Pty Ltd were all part of the same consolidated group that was acquired by SPX and AF's connection to them was all disclosed and the shareholders voted to approve the acquisition.
FAAF Pty Ltd, FAAF Superfund and Rare Air are all shareholders in SPX and did not have any transactions with SPX.
Tikitbook paid SPX for web development services (OMG call the cops!).
Are you suggesting that a director having an interest in another company is illegal? or that a director having their shares held in their family trust or superfund, instead of directly in their personal name, is illegal?
