On the day this announcement was released the USA was on holiday and most were expecting a downward trend on the Dow and it happened but that's just part of it , good announcements for almost all goldies don't have the response they had 12 months ago . The water you mention can't be a factor this has been mined before FROM MEMORY down to 600 mters , what I see as an issue is the ownership structure 70/30 , the sooner it's 100%RXL the better for all of us , If negotiated carefully both company's will win .
