EVR Option holders like myself are optimists.
In your example of heads @ 5.4c and options @ 2.0c, $10k gets you ~192k shares or 500k options.
If share prices rises to say 20c and you choose to convert, heads would have netted you $38.4k (still nice!) but options would have outperformed (given increased volume and the 4.5c conversion cost is less significant) at $77.5k.
Hope this helps- could be some errors in my maths.
