    According to this ABC News article, they couldn't pay their rates.

    I'm sure JL will have a far better relationship with the West Coast local council.
    Sounds like the former Dundas Mining CEO couldn't handle the job and lost the plot.
    Clearly, it wasn't the asset that failed.
