They couldnt on sell their entitlements. Have just had a chance to have a good read.
Another point is that instos will not get their options issued unless they still hold at least the entitlement amount on option issue date. Delays them dumping their shares on market for a profit or break even ( then the options cost nothing to own) while the retail entitlement is still underway. I like that.
