Hey mate. Thanks for the tag. I've run my eye over the presentation. I haven't seen anyone comment on something I noticed with the in vivo models. If you look at the screenshots below, you'll notice that they immunize the mice three or four times before the tumor is engrafted into the mice in all of their models.
They have basically prepared the mouse for cancer, which never happens in a human - where the cancer matures, is detected by either a screening tool or the development of signs/symptoms, and is then treated. A more clinically relevant animal model would have been to let the tumor grow and then treated the mice with each compound. It only highlights how unlikely it is going to be to see efficacy that challenges that of current, commercially available PD(L)-1 inhibitors.
