Yes - what a relief. A better outcome than I had anticipated. At 10.5c per share recently after announcing issues with their debt and discussions on how to deal with it, I was worried that this would be make or break for the company. Or a dilutive capital raise. Glad I hung on.

Company has relatively low levels of debt now compared to before and can now reset and make a gradual return to profitability and learn from their short comings. Well done on the negotiations by management.

I'd rather this than the alternative scenario which would have been ugly anyway you look at it.
