I am going to make a few enquieries to someone who specialises in defemation law and is quite close to my family, like inside it. Semi retired and always into a bit of excitement.
Im not really sure how all this bullsheets really works but it sounds like something i should run past them given its no skin off my nose.
Im really not sure what their response will be, these sort of legal things tends to be all sorts of forkery. But given its a free service, im going to reach out and see what his take is on the legal ramifications of the accusations are.
