Each investor will consider the offer and SP direction based on their own DD.
Given the significant funds raised (over subscription) and the much improved financial position and the fact the use of funds will add future value to the company (and the SP is reflective of future value) then my expectations are that the SP will hold above the SPP price both now and on issue of the bonus shares. I may be proved wrong of course but am very happy to have received my full allocation of shares.
