Buying a company that's run out of money and in debt...
Under the Scheme, Zelira will issue shares to Health House giving Health House parties a 19.45% interest in the expanded Zelira.
So what's that, another 400mill shares issued? They're also loaning $1.5m for working captial to keep them afloat... That $7mill in cash as of 31 Dec 21 aint gonna last long (esp if they're posting another 2.5mill loss this quarter).
